My approach is integrative.
Holistic wellness is my specialty which means I work with the whole person, not just your symptoms. We start by uncovering what is actually causing this, not covering it with a quick fix. It takes time, but the result is health that lasts.

I'm known as a straight-talking holistic wellness advisor with almost three decades of speaking experience. I blend herbalism, nervous system regulation and somatic practices that help women navigate their menopause journey.
Shaped by a background in public safety and my own experience navigating menopause, stress, chronic health and sleep challenges, I cut through the noise of the wellness industry and get women reconnected with their bodies in practical, grounded ways.

I didn’t get here because I had it all figured out. My path to this work started the hard way.
I spent years pushing through stress, eating on the run, chasing success and a lifestyle that looked like I had it "all together.” I was living my best life and then my body hit a wall, gave me the middle finger and said NOPE!
I started perimenopause in my early 40s and I thought my body was falling apart. Test after test came back normal, yet nothing about my life felt normal anymore. I suffered from gut issues, migraines, fatigue, hot flashes and feeling like shit more often than not. I finally had enough. That was my turning point.
That’s when I stopped guessing and started learning how my body actually works.
What I Learned
I learned how to listen to my body.
I made changes to my lifestyle.
I returned to my herbal roots and layered in somatic practices.
I learned how to embrace the biological rhythms of my body to reduce my stress and improve my sleep.

Named for my two rescue dogs, Olivia and Bella, it keeps me grounded in my work and focused on our belief:
